I-beam Ranger and F100 Kingpin System
Product Description
The BMS I-beam Ranger and F100 Kingpin System includes: Fully fabricated 4130 plate equal length I-beams, 4130 machined kingpin beam ends utilizing 1” kingpins, fully fabricated 4130 plate radius arms, complete 4130 swinger steering w/ all heims included, 4130 I-beam and radius arm mounts. All components are fully TIG welded and all suspension components pivot on 1-1/4” heims. All necessary hardware is included.
Specs: Ranger: 82” Overall width and 19” usable wheel travel F-100: 86” Overall width and 19” usable wheel travel
Fabrication is required to mount shock absorbers, bump stop mounts, and limit straps. Fabrication and installation should be completed by a professional. F-100 kit requires relocation of steering box (this should be completed by a professional shop). Both kits must use 1” front steer spindles.
Kit does not include shocks or bump stops.

All of Glassworks Unlimited Inc. parts are made in the USA, here in Huntington Beach since 1994, we do not sub contract any of our designing or manufacturing out, all parts are hand made, using the highest grade materials. Our parts are made with a 2 stage gel coat to help prevent "see through" parts, and to ensure that there are no air pockets in the part, we also us a high strength cloth to help prevent cracks and spider cracks if a rock hits the fender or bedsides and are smooth to the touch. Make sure you get an original Glassworks Unlimited part, our logo is laminated in every part we make. |
