Information About Returns or Exchanges

NO returns or exchanges after 15 days from date of invoice.

NO returns or exchanges on Cut, Drilled, Painted or modified parts. ALL returns are subject to inspections before accepting returns. ALL refunds are issued 60 days after returns are accepted. NO refunds on shipping or handling charges. ALL returns must be sent "Pre Paid" NO exceptions. ALL damaged parts must be addressed to the shipping company and a claim must be filed with the shipping company. NO returns on special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Freight Collect

Please be advised that any and all bedside orders will be shipped "freight collect", this means you are only paying for the parts and handling through Glassworks Unlimited Inc. The shipping cost will be charged at time of delivery, the shipping company will contact you 1 to 2 days prior to delivery and give you a cost for delivery, all shipments should be inspected prior to paying the company. Any shipments refused/ or returned must be done in 15 days and a RT number must be written on package. All returned shipments will be shipped "pre paid". No refunds on any shipping fee's and handling fee's as well. Shipping to a residence will cost more as the shipping company's add on an additional $65.00 fee.
